<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Cara-caranya</span><br />
1.  Satukan butter, gula dan gula perang dan pukul hingga menjadi lembut.<br />
2.  Masukkan telur dan vanilla. Pukul hingga sebati.<br />
3. Kisar oatmeal (kisar sehigga agak halus – jgn terlalu halus sangat). Satukan di dalam mangkuk lain bersama bahan-bahan kering.<br />
4.  Campurkan semuanya ke dalam adunan butter tadi, masukkan chocolate chip dan kacang-kacang. Kacau sehingga rata.<br />
5.  Kemudian anda boleh aturkan adunan diatas loyang pembakar dan bakar sehingga ia masak.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">NOTA PENTING:</span> Menurut Noorin, oatmeal itu dikisar tapi jangan terlalu halus. Beliau pernah mencubanya dimana oatmeal dikisar halus dan hasil biskut agak keras. Anda sepatutnya kisar oatmeal agak kasar-kasar sikit, dan hasilnya anda akan mendapatkan biskut yang ringan dan ranggup.</p>

2 cawan tepung gandum serbaguna<br />
1/2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat<br />
1/2 sudu teh garam<br />
3/4 cawan unsalted butter, dicairkan<br />
1 cawan gula perang, dipadatkan (packed brown sugar)<br />
1/2 cawan gula pasir<br />
1 sudu teh esen vanilla<br />
1 biji telur<br />
1 biji kuning telur<br />
2 cawan semisweet chocolate chips</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Cara-caranya</span><br />
1.  Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 165 darjah C.  Sapukan butter pada dulang pembakar.<br />
2.  Ayak tepung, soda bikarbonat dan garam.  Ketepikan.<br />
3. Dalam bekas sedang, pukul butter yang telah dicairkan, gula perang dan gula pasir sampai kembang dan sebati. Masukkan esen vanilla, telur dan kuning telur, pukul lagi sehingga kembang dan berkrim. Campurkan bahan-bahan yang telah diayak tadi dan gaul rata. Masukkan chocolate chip dan gaul menggunakan senduk kayu.<br />
4. Gunakan sudu dan method &#8220;dropping&#8221; untuk letakkan adunan ke atas dulang pembakar dengan jarak 3 inci. Bakar biskut selama 15 &#8211; 17 minit atau sehingga tepi biskut kuning keemasan. Biarkan sejuk sebelum pindahkan biskut ke dalam bekas.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Nota:</span> Ikut peraturan resipi, dipadatkan bermaksud bila letak dicawan gula perang hendaklah ditekan untuk dipadatkan dan level permukaan cawan ukuran menggunakan pisau atau sebagainya. Kalau tak suka kacang walnut boleh ditukar kepada kacang macadamia, pecan ataupun badam. Kepada yang tidak suka manis, boleh kurangkan kuantiti gula dalam resipi ini.</p>

200 gram coklat masakan<br />
80 gram cornflakes (beli cornflakes yang mahal sikit – Kellogs atau di Bake with Yen yang sekilo RM11, jangan gunakan Nestle – keras)<br />
40 gram kacang hazelnut, dicincang ataupun badam cincang, dipanggang</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Cara-caranya</span><br />
1. Cairkan coklat masakan, boleh masukkan dalam microwave untuk 30 saat lepas tu kacau kacau sikit dan masukkan lagi untuk 30 saat. Jika tak ada microwave boleh guna teknik double boil untuk cairkan coklat.<br />
2. Kemudian masukkan cornflakes yang telah diramas sikit dan kacang hazelnut/ badam cincang. Gaul kesemua bahan-bahan sehingga ia rata.<br />
3.  Kemudian boleh letakkan adunan kedalam papercups dan kalau rajin hiaslah dengan coklat putih drizzle diatasnya.<br />
4.  Kemudian masukkan dalam fridge sehingga ia mengeras.<br />

<p align="left">Kocok margarin dan tepung gula 30 detik. Tambahkan telur dan madu. Kocok rata.</p>

<p align="left">Masukkan kelapa kering. Aduk rata.</p>
</li>

<p align="left">Tambahkan tepung terigu, susu bubuk, cokelat bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.</p>

<p align="left">Tambahkan esen butter dan cokelat pasta. Aduk rata.</p>

<p align="left">Terakhir, masukkan kurma. Aduk sampai menyebar.</p>
</li>

<p align="left">Giling adonan lalu cetak. Tata di loyang kue kering yang sudah dioles margarin.</p>

<p align="left">Oven 30 menit dengan suhu 150 derajat Celsius.</p>

<p align="left">Setelah kue dingin, siram dengan white cooking chocolate cair. Letakkan sepotong kurma. Biarkan cokelat membeku.</p>

Pukul mentega, gula castor dan gula perang hingga kembang. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil di kacau. Masukkan esen vanila, garam, coklat masak, oatmeal, tepung, coklat chip dan kekacang. Kacau semua hingga sebati kemudian bole le ambil sudu dan di sudukan kedalam loyang. Bakar dalam suhu 150 degree celcius selama 30 min.<br />

1 1/2 cawan tepung naik sendiri }<br />
1/2 sudu teh baking powder } diayak bersama<br />
1/2 sudu teh soda bicarbonate }<br />
1 cawan nestum<br />
1 cawan chocolate chip</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Bahan B</span><br />
150 gram majerin/mentega<br />
120 gram gula castor<br />
1 biji telur<br />
1 sudu teh esen vanila</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Cara-caranya</span><br />
1.  Pukul mentega dan gula sampai kembang dan ringan.  Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla.<br />
2.  Masukkan chocolate chip dan nestum ke dalam Bahan A, gaul rata dan bolehlah dimasukkan ke dlm Bahan B.<br />
3. Ambil adunan sebesar biji guli, tekan kasi leper sikit dan bakar pada suhu 175’C selama 10-15 minit. Jarakkan adunan sebab biskut ni akan mengembang dua kali ganda.</p>

<p><strong>Cara-caranya</strong><br />
1. Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 165 darjah C. Sapukan butter pada dulangpembakar.<br />
2. Ayak tepung, soda bikarbonat dan garam. Ketepikan.<br />
3. Dalam bekas sedang, pukul butter yang telah dicairkan, gula perang sampai kembang dan sebati. Masukkan esen vanilla, telur dan kuning telur,pukul lagi sehingga kembang dan berkrim. Campurkan bahan-bahan yang telah diayak tadi dan gaul rata. Masukkan chocolate chip dan walnut, gaul menggunakan senduk kayu.<br />
4. Gunakan sudu dan method &#8220;dropping&#8221; untuk letakkan adunan ke atas dulang pembakar dengan jarak 3 inci. Bakar biskut selama 15 &#8211; 17 minit atau sehingga tepi biskut kuning keemasan. Biarkan sejuk sebelum pindahkan biskut ke dalam bekas.</p>

<p><strong>BISKUT COKLAT CIPS RANGUP</strong></p>
<p>Bahan A<br />
250 g butter<br />
160 g gula halus<br />
1 biji kuning telur<br />
1 s/k esen vanilla</p>
<p>Bahan B [gaul rata]<br />
230 g tepung biskut ]<br />
20 g serbuk koko     ]  ayakkan<br />
100 g coklat cips<br />
50 g white coklat cips [boleh gantikan dgn coklat rice]<br />
50 g badam cincang  [roasted]<br />
50 g nestum</p>
<p>Cara<br />
1. Gaulkan butter dan gula sehingga sebati.<br />
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanila. Kacau rata.<br />
3. Masukkan bahan B perlahan dan kacaukan dengan senduk kayu.<br />
4. Sudukan adunan  kecil2 [besar guli] dalam loyang.<br />
5. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan suhu 180&#8242;C selama 25 minit atau sehingga masak.<br />
6. Sejukkan dan simpan dalam balang kedap udara.<br />

3 cawan rolled oats<br />
1 cawan kismis</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Cara-caranya</span><br />
1.  Panaskan oven pada suhu 175’C.<br />
2. Dalam mangkuk yang besar, pukul mentega, shortening perisa mentega, gula perang, gula, telur, dan esen vanilla sehingga gebu dan sebati.<br />
3.  Masukkan, tepung, baking soda, serbuk kayu manis, serbuk bunga cengkih dan garam.  Gaul sebati.<br />
4.  Masukkan pula oats dan kismis.  Gunakan teknik “dropping” menggunakan sudu letakkan adunan diatas loyang pembakar.<br />
5. Bakar selama 10 – 12 minit sehingga kekuningan. Jangan dibakar terlalu lama, nanti rasanya tak chewy. Biarkan sejuk selama 2 minit dan simpan dalam bekas kedap udara. Biskut ini cepat habis!! Tak caya cuba!!!</p>
<p><span style="font-weight:bold;">Nota:</span> Bila D membaca review dari mereka yang telah mencuba, anda boleh menggunakan mentega kesemuanya menggantikan shortening. Mereka semua mengatakan ini adalah biskut oatmeal yang paling sedap!!! Dipadatkan bermaksud gula ditekan kasi mampat dalam cawan yang disukat.</p>

<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
(1) Whisk egg white with cream of tartar till soft peak.<br />
(2) White the beater is still running, add in vanilla essence and gradually pour in the sugar and whisk till stiff peak.<br />
(3) Pour the nuts and melted chocolate over the egg white and gently fold with a spatula, trying not to deflate the egg white.<br />
(4) Use a teapoon to scoop the mixture onto a baking tray , leaving 1&#8243; between the cookies.<br />
(5) Bake the cookies until it becomes shiny and cracked for about 12 mins. at 175C.<br />
(6) The cookies should be firm on the outside amd still gooey inside when you press them.<br />
(7) Cool on wire rack.</p>

125 gm. Butter<br />
25 gm. shortening<br />
90 gm. sugar<br />
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence<br />
1/4 tsp. Bicarbonate of Soda<br />
20 gm. Corn Flour<br />
200 gm. Self raising flour<br />
25 gm. Quaker Oats<br />
20 gm. wholemeal flour<br />
10 gm. cocoa powder<br />
1 no. egg<br />
30 gm. Roasted almond nib<br />
30 gm. chocolate chips</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
(1) Beat butter, shortening and castor sugar till soft.<br />
(2) Add in egg and mix well. Add in vanilla essence.<br />
(3) Then add in dry ingredients and mix together into a dough.<br />
(4) Roll the dough into small balls and place onto baking tray. If you like, press down the ball with a fork to make an impression on the cookie.<br />
(5) Bake at 160C for about 20 to 25 mins. or till cooked.</p>

250 gram mentega
4 oz gula kaster
2 cawan rolled oats, dikisar
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
2 cawan tepung gandum
Gula aising secukupnya

Cara-caranya
1. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga sebati.

<p>Bahan-bahannya<br />
250 gram mentega<br />
4 oz gula kaster<br />
2 cawan rolled oats, dikisar<br />
2 sudu besar serbuk koko<br />
2 cawan tepung gandum</p>
<p>Gula aising secukupnya<br />
Susu tepung secukupnya</p>
<p>Cara-caranya<br />
1. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga sebati.<br />
2. Masukkan serbuk koko dan gaul sebati. Masukkan rolled oats, gaul lagi dan akhir sekali masukkan tepung dan gaul sehingga menjadi doh.<br />
3. Bentukkan seperti jejari atau bentuk ikut suka. Bakar pada suhu 170’C selama 10 &#8211; 15 minit. Selepas ia sejuk golekkan biskut dengan gula aising dan tepung susu</p>

<p>Cara membuatnya :<br />
Mentega dan gula dipukul hingga kembang.  Masukkan kedua jenis tepung, hazelnut kisar, garam, vanila dan semuanya digaul rata.  Uli hingga menjadi doh lembut dan ambil sedikit tepung lalu balutkan pada sebiji hazelnut dan bakar hingga masak dan sejukkan terlebih dahulu. Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam papercup yang kecil.  Taburkan badam cincang atau coklat chip.</p>

<p>cooking chocolate untuk drizzle</p>
<p>Pukul butter dan gula sehingga sebati, masukkan segala jenis bahan kering tadi<br />
dan gaul hingga sebati dan dibulat-bulatkan dan ditekan dalam papercup.</p>
<p>Bakar.</p>
<p>Untuk topping, cairkan white chocolate (buat skit2 lerrrr) dgn menggunakan kaedah<br />
double boiler&#8230; dah cair masukkan cornflakes, almond nibs, dan golden raisins tadi.<br />
gaulkan hingga coklat tadi betul-betul menyalut semua bahan tadi&#8230; make sure jgn terlalu<br />
banyak cornflakes nanti tak lekat plak.</p>
<p>Biskut yang dah sejuk tadi disusun dalam talam dan masukkan topping ke atas biskut tu.<br />
pastu cairkan cooking cokelat dan masukkan dalam piping bag dan pipe secara drizzle<br />
ke atas topping tadi&#8230; Biarkan topping nya kering dan simpan.</p>
